How are seats counted?
A seat is a user with active enrolled devices. We bill on the monthly high-water mark of active users, with a 10% grace buffer — short-lived spikes from contractors or device swaps don't bump your bill.
What happens when we hit the 10-seat cap on Free?
The 11th enrollment prompts an upgrade — nothing breaks for existing seats. Your first ten users keep full observability, logging and profiles exactly as before.
How does billing work?
Billing runs through cloud marketplace metering — AWS, Azure or Google Cloud — so charges land on your existing cloud bill and count toward committed spend. Choose a monthly or annual cadence at the same rate.
Do you offer volume or multi-year discounts?
Yes — volume and multi-year discounts are available via marketplace private offers. Talk to us and we'll set one up through your cloud provider.
